The Shooting Stars Success Team’s next meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, July 7, at 6 p.m. During the July meeting, members will engage in an open forum discussion, and members are encouraged to use the Shooting Stars hive mind for advice and guidance on any workplace dilemma. During the June meeting, Shooting Stars members heard from EWTG member Chan McDermott. Chan’s presentation, Addicted to Being Busy, included a self-test assessment of the need to be busy. She explored the causes for the need to be busy and offered strategies with resources for mitigating a busyness addiction. More about Shooting Stars Shooting Stars is EWTG’s unique group for new or aspiring managers/leaders. This success team meets virtually and provides a mix of leadership programming and open discussion to help EWTG members achieve their professional and personal goals.
