The Project Management Success Team is dedicated to supporting EWTG by fostering professional growth and sharing best practices in project management. Together, we strive to empower leaders and drive impactful changes across our state agencies. At our most recent meeting, Chinwe Oguamanam, PMP, CSM, delivered an insightful presentation on managing enterprise-level projects within state government. Chinwe shared her experiences and strategies for aligning projects with organizational goals, ensuring consistency, and promoting cross-departmental collaboration. Her expertise highlighted the importance of viewing project management through an enterprise-wide lens to achieve lasting results.
