The EWTG Procurement & Contracting Success Team is an insider network for women government professionals interested in procurement and contract management. This Success Team shares strategies for navigating complex regulations, building executive skills, solving real-world challenges, and advancing careers in procurement and contracting. At our June meeting, the team unpacked eight best practices for the public service workplace. Members explored habits that protect your work, build knowledge over time, and sharpen your procurement and contracting skills. The conversation was practical, relatable, and built for real-world use. Krystal has built a 17-year career across the military, state government, and education. She will answer six questions submitted by our members on career advancement.
